Personal information contained on this form is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001, c.25, as amended and will be used, maintained and disclosed in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act c. M56 s.29(2) for the purpose to allow property owners to cancel tax payments from a mortage company/institution, and for the owner of said property to further assume all responsibility of paying Town of Huntsville taxes on the noted civic address.
