Property Information Package Request - For Homeowners & Real Estate Agents

The Property Information Package should be requested when you are listing a property for sale, this includes a Building and Zoning Compliance Report, this document provides details regarding issued building permits on file, the status of inspections, and any outstanding orders. It also offers information with respect to the zoning designation, permitted uses, and any planning approvals for the property.

Process

  • A minimum of 5 business days are required to process a request.
  • You must fill out a separate form, per Property Information Packages request.
  • The Property Information Package will be emailed to you at the address you indicate below.

Payment online

  • The Fee for a Property Information Packages is $150.00
  • New - we now accept online payments for the Property Information Package.
  • Have your credit card ready for payment on page 2
