Compliance Report - For Lawyers

This document provides updated details regarding issued building permits on file, the status of inspections, and any outstanding orders. It also offers information with respect to the zoning designation, permitted uses, and any planning approvals for the property. This is not for new requests, please see our Property Information Package.

Note:

If the propery has not previously received a Property Information Package, staff will be in contact with you regarding additional fees and processing time. The processing fee will be will be an additional $200.00 and the processing time will be a minimum of 10 business days.

Process

A minimum of 2 to 3 business days are required to process a request.

You must fill out a separate form, per revised Property Information Package request.

The Package will be emailed to you at the address you indicate below.

Payment online

The Fee for a Property Information package is $100.00.
